Fall 2021 Training Webinar Series
One of our core values at Clinician Nexus is listening to our customers so that we build solutions to address their problems. To put this value into practice, we conducted customer rediscovery conversations in the fall of 2021. This was an opportunity for us to hear how recent challenges, shifting priorities and future goals are affecting how our customers manage their work and engage in our platform. A primary takeaway from these conversations included creating opportunities for additional training on how Clinician Nexus can best support customers achieve their student management goals.
A key action item moving forward included surveying our clinical site users on which training topics would be most helpful. Throughout November 2021, we hosted a three-part series to dive deeper into configuring application steps and evaluations, running reports and creating clinical experience opportunities. We’ve included the recordings of the series below so you can watch the replay and share with your colleagues!
In this webinar, we review the features of application steps and evaluations. We’ll review what the features are, their common use cases and how to configure them in our platform.
Data collected through Clinician Nexus empowers you to tell stories. In part two, we will share how to run reports that explain your story and utilize it for decision making.
Students gain valuable hands-on training when you offer clinical experience opportunities. In the final webinar, we review how to manage capacity, how to configure it and then make opportunities available to school partners and students.
